Good question!
I nurse 2 at a time, and I pump with a portable wearable pump. I have help so if I'm not nursing a feeding someone else can give the bottle. I can do anything while I'm pumping - almost.
I still do spend alot of time on feeding and pumping, and then feeding myself!

I did end up getting a heter- I wrote that in my post. I was feeling guilty and surprised that the first rav I asked acted like it was a ridiculous question.

Wow OP!!
Just saying, I was told to fast YK after giving birth via a c section within the week, but more than 3 days before. It's YK, it's not as simple as "get a heter".

What did I say. Lol yes I’m the op and yes I love my job as a mother and no it wasn’t easy to fast and yes I couldn’t stop eating last night.
It was funny. What else should I say?

Currently pumping, rocking one baby on my lap and rocking a Doona with my foot and typing this on my phone. Between words I’m eating oatmeal.

Trust me, no guy could make up rocking a baby on your lap while pushing the doona with your foot plus pumping and typing and eating!! No way a guy could even pretend to multitask like that.

The fast didn’t affect your milk at all? I only have my 1 and I definitely have less.

How old are these babies? How many calories and how much fluid do they take per day? I cannot imagine.

Kol hakavod. I nursed my kids for 2.5-3.5 years but my sister in law lost her milk after twins so I nursed her twins and my baby when we visited her. So like half a day. And I felt like I couldn't possibly eat enough for days

Tell me, do you ever feel so overwhelmed? Stuck in the house like forever? Sleep deprived?

I got a heter with one 2 month old nursing baby. By it was ok and I didn’t need to do shiurim but I asked just in case. Can’t imagine not getting a heter for triplets unless they are like 2 years old and don’t need to nurse but it didn’t sound like that
