One year I took it because I was nursing, and ended up severely dehydrated and vomited all day and ended up on an iv after Yom Kippur.
I found out years later that there’s a lot of caffeine in it and I wonder if that’s what caused the dehydration because I’m not a coffee drinker or anything like that. But who knows. I wouldn’t ever take it again. But there are people that swear by it. Just noting my experience.

Did you take the one for nursing? Because I don't think that one has caffeine. I find that especially when I'm nursing it helps me feel hydrated and retain the water and not just eliminate it all out the first night.

Here's the list of ingredients from KosherVitamins.com: Tricalcium phosphate, maltodextrin, calcium carbonate, foenculum vulgare powder, althaea officinalis powder, humulus lupulus powder, matricara recutita powder, medicago sativa powder, scutellaria lateriflora powder, magnesium stearate, talcumn.

I'm also interested.
I'm worried that the slow release pain killers will cause me to feel nauseous on an empty stomach. Anyone know?

I take the slow release caffeine and Tylenol. I’ve heard of the caffeine one affecting sleep but hasn’t happened to be. BH definitely improves the experience!!!!

Hey, I have the green one (and no I can't get the pink/blue one today) does anyone know I still can take it with nursing since I don't see anything wrong with it since I don't see a high dose of caffeine. Can someone confirm it?

I bought the Kali tzom and the easyfast. When and how do you take them? Not much instructions, well the kali tzom does have on timing but not sure if it's meant to be with food, without, doesn't matter, etc...

As far as I remember, kali tzom are meant to be taken two with water at the meal before the fast.
