How to survive the fast with 2 under 2.
Nursing a three month old- baby also has Covid so we can’t go to any parks or anything .
Older is nearly two.
I don’t fast well when nursing.
Any tips for this situation?

Your dh needs to help out.
Or hire a babysitter or young girl.
Even with lots of toys, 2 kids under 2 are very demanding and really take a lot of energy

your husband should take shifts. maybe you guys can switch off. he can watch them while you take a rest and then he can go to shul for a little and come back to check up on you

By Monday you should be able to go to parks if he’s asymptotic. Not that you should be running around.

When I had 2 under 15 months, DH davened shachris & mussaf v'sikin, he was home by 11:30, till mincha at 6:00.
If this isn't an option for you, maybe you can move in to someone's house for yom kippur.

When I'm fasting while nursing, I just lie in bed or on the couch and let the kids do their thing on/around me.

I was in that situation last year, I had my cleaning lady come play with the kids for 2 hours so I was able to lay down a bit.
Also, try to nurse the least possible if your baby takes bottles ( my baby didn’t take bottles, but I tried Yom Kippur and he gobbled it up- I guess because he saw there’s no milk from me:)

This is a concentrate and you mix it into water. You can make the mix as often as you need.
Its supposed to be great for energy and for nursing. You drink this a few days before the fast.

Drinks tons of water and a bottle of powerade for 2 days before the fast. You need to take care of yourself and eat well beforehand.
