I'm surprised no one posted about this yet.

It's so scary what's going on there. I can't imagine the panic. They can't even identify the bodies due to the burns.

Right now the death toll is at 96.

You’re right. I haven’t seen anything in here either. It’s sounds like a war zone. We have to daven that HaShem keeps us all safe and healthy. There’s a lot of Yiddishe life there. How come nobody anyone is saying anything except for the death toll? I want to help but I don’t know where to start.

Also surprised. It’s so terrible what happened. I was there this time of year a couple of years ago. In the exact areas of the fire.

Maybe google how to send help? I saw pictures of packages that were sent in.

These people lost everything and need to start from scratch.

Chabad of Maui is hosting many people refugees from the fire. Please direct any donations to Chabad of Maui who is housing and feeding many people at their farm.

Chabad of Maui and the kosher farm are 2 separate entities. We were just there in February. I'm heartbroken for them. I reached out to chabad on Facebook to send a message.
