Orthodontist recommended for thumb sucking. Dd Already has habit breaker in mouth and still insist on sucking so he said we need to put something on thumb . Any recommendation ?

I bought the Tguard. It's expensive but I had my DD help me pick it out because her cooperation was essential. We bought two for the thumbs of both hands. She wore it 40 days in a row and has since (5 monhts later) not sucked her thumb bh.

You can try Mavala Stop. Its a clear nail polish with a terrible taste. I bought it on Amazon. I've seen it in the pharmacy too.
