Super easy is prob just spices & grill them. It'll taste like a dark cutlet.
But I like to keep them special for YT/special occasions. This is my go to recipe and it's delicious.
I bread in flour, egg & flavored bread crumbs.
Fry quickly to brown on each side and transfer to a pan.
Saute onions & sliced fresh mushrooms, salt & pepper to taste.
Put onion mixture on top of pieces and pour chicken soup into the pan, about a 1/4 inch deep.
Cover tightly and bake on 35o for 1.5 hours-2 hours until it falls apart.
You can freeze before baking once its prepped.
