Does anyone have this recipe?
It was the most awesome, flavorful roast I ever made.
Sadly, I packed this cookbook away with my Pesach stuff, and I can't access it without a ladder and some teenage yeshiva bachurim!!
If anyone has the recipe and could post it - I would greatly appreciate.
And - Highly recommend making it! I used a flanken roast instead of a minute roast, and it was sublime.
