just wondered if any of you guys can help me out as you usually do.
im looking for a recipe for egg pancakes. we went to someones house and they made egg pancakes filled with minced meat and fryed onions it was delicious it was a pesach receipe. and also blintzes with chicken inside.

it is actually very easy make a regular egg omlet just a bit thinner and then fill it with any mixture you want it comes out really good. good luck
