1.5 c crushed graham crackers
1 stick of butter
3 T sugar
1 cup cottage cheese
1lb cream cheese softened
1 c sugar
1T flour
2tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/4 c milk
whip cottage cheese, put in cream cheese, sugar, flour & vanilla
stir in eggs
fold in milk
pour it into crust
bake 45-55mins at 350, convection oven about 45mins
spread sour cream on top when cool
