I'm trying to get the phone # to reach the Bedatz Eidah HaChareidis, anyone know it? Will I be able to speak with someone in English there? I saw in one of the papers that they're going to provide some sort of hashgachah for stocks and other investments, and I'd like to find out more details. Thanks so much!

You can try, but I don't think it's so likely that people speak English there. I have phoned their kashrus department sometimes with a query, and they are so nice - you get put through straight away to a rav who can help you.
