I just bought this cut.
Anyone know the best way to cook it?

After cooking it in a pot on a bed of onions with some salt and pepper I shred it and roll it in eggroll dough. Then I freeze it raw and take out as I need and deep fry it right before the meal. I serve it with a duck sauce, ketchup and soy sauce dip. It’s an amazing entrée

How long do you cook it for? I have a 2.5 pound roast.

Oil salt and pepper lots of barbecue sauce lots of frozen garlic cubes cover bake about 5 hours covered. Turn over midway. Slice cold rewarm in sauce. Heaven and soft
