ANYONE WITH ANY DINNER IDEAS FOR A FAMILY WHO DONT LIKE FISH AND SON CANT HAVE ANYTHING DAIRY?

I use a lot of meat substitutes. Gimme lean, Lightlife products.

pasta with pesto sauce
meatballs
hamburgers
sloppy joes and tacos
you can use tofutti cheese

did you try different type of fish recipes? maybe they'd like a salmon loaf or tuna croquettes??

there's so much you can do with chicken......

suate small cut up pieces of boneless chix (cooks SUPER fast) and add frozen chinese vegetables to pan..... add soy sauce, and have over rice.

shnitzel.

breaded chicken.

and have with rice, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, fresh salad...........
