When did you first suspect you were carrying twins. Why?

I'm currently pregnant bh but didn't suspect at all. went at 6weeks and dr saw sac but not a heartbeat. next week he saw 2.....

Suspected twins almost every pregnancy lol.
Found out after the first was born.

Never suspected it. Was shocked both times I found out! But I was crazy nauseas with both twin pregnancies...more then other pregnancies.

In the beginning. Was very sick, would faint in the morning and after eating breakfast I would come home from dropping off the kids starving. I figured it was twins.

I did not suspect. My morning sickness was much less, if anything. I felt bigger/heavier, but I assumed it was because it was baby #3 (and I started heavier).

the doctor checked the baby[babies] heart beat and didnt swuspect anything
afterwards I had a sonogram and I was already in my 5th month I jumped off the table in shock !
my mother in law fouund out right before she gave birth sixty years ago with a xray machine

Didn't exactly suspect, but had dreams of twins so wasn't at all surprised when the first ultrasound showed two.

At the 2nd ultrasound when "baby b" first appeared! Interestingly my 2nd US was 3 weeks after my first and she always tracked 3 weeks behind! They are now 16 months
