how about my sweet girl who has always slept and nursed all night. now she sleeps till 3 then wakes up totally! she's cooing fussing crying from boredom! all I want to do is sleep! when we were in ny there was someone who could play with her and brought her to me when she got tired usually about 5.
I can't play with her at night!!!
how do I change her schedule?

very possibly a growth spurt. (or early teething??)
of if she's fussing a lot during the day, she could be sick.
when my baby is sick, he wakes up a lot, too.
the problem is they get used to it....

Yes, it's probably a growth spurt. At this age, infants need more food. Some would nurse extra feeding, or if you want can start solids if have'nt up till now.

oops! sorry I thought you wrote 7 months. Many will not start solids till at least 6 months. But definitely can be growth spurt, same reasoning, just add the extra feeding, which is what I did. I think 3-4 months is too young to let a baby cry. And my babies all did that. Got to a nice weight, , slept through the night, and then started waking for a night feeding again at some point down the line, because of a growth spurt.
