what will you be serving for the 2 meals b/4 Yom Kippur?

I always serve the same thing.....
For the first seuday, it's challah, plain boiled gef fish, veg salad; chicken soup, potato kugel, lukshen kugel, shake and bake chicken, and honeycake for dessert.
challah, kreplach and soup for the meal before the fast..
and after, I put eveyrthing out and ppl take what they want. not fish, though.

Yes, I do more or less the same thing. Challah, Fish , Chicken soup for the first meal
And Chicken soup and Baked chicken and potatoes in the oven for the second and some fruit soup maybe for desert.

A friend was telling me that serving starchy food is good so I'll be serving pasta salad potato salad, chicken with sweet potatoes, rice with veg. And like usual b/4 a fast some grapes and watermelon, it fills you up with water.
