Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for someone reasonably priced to build and possibly host a website?

There are several websites, targeted to this. The two I see most advertised are squarespace and wix ... Both claim to have easy tools and templates to help ppl with basic to no skills. You do not have to know how to code or any of that

I've used Wix; it's super easy to set up. If you want something different, you could find a freelancer on upwork to help design it.

Hi ellacoe,
I'm a web and graphic designer for small and medium sized businesses. I'd love to help you understand the choices and make a decision that's right for you. You can DM me if you have any specific questions. I'm happy to even get on a quick call if you'd like. No need to feel obligated to work with me, just happy to pass on my knowledge and help someone out.

What kind of website? If it's an e-commerce site where you want to sell things, use Shopify. It's the best platform around today.

whatever you do make sure it's a wordpress site so that if the first person leaves you, you won't have to start from scratch... trust me on this.
