Anyone have a good recipe for cottage cheese latkes-
the kind where the batter is kinda chunky, not smooth??

thanks. I actually just made a batter from a Kosher Palette recipe, except I used WW flour instead of the matza meal it calls for. Hope it comes out...
I am so counting down the hours til TB is over...cooking takes up some time but uses energy too...Trying not to pass out!!
