I liked that post on making gnocchi...tried the recipe and want to make some for before and after fast (dh doesn't mind having it twice)
with split pea soup
bread, cheese tahina
potato and egg salad (with a few olives and carrots)
watermelon
I hope that's enough

The shavuos issue of the mishpacha had this really good mushroom barley soup recipe. Very filling. I hope to make it for after the fast if I have the strength.
