I wanted a recipe that I could use to make nile perch.
I've been to places where they serve various types of fish (or gifilte or salmon, etc) in a sweet tomato sauce with potatoes and I think peas.
Anyone have a recipe for something similar?

Not sweet, but this is what we had last night:
4 pieces of flounder fillets
8oz can of tomato sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 slice of lemon
Put everything except the fish in a blender.
Pour into a skillet/pan. Lay fish on top. Simmer for 5-15 minutes or until fish is cooked.
