What are the advantages of using one in conjunction with the kitchen person?

I'm really not doing much more than a kitchen, in the same apt. that I've lived for a long time.

Are you just putting up new cabinets or are you putting a new floor and walls as well?

depends on what you are doing and what you know ... cause it is like a puzzle ...
