It's yoga done with Torah "themes".
Again, it'/s not coming from much of a religious perspective so it was nothing more than interesting read for me, taken with a grain of salt.

Nah, I went through a yoga-book phase some time ago and don't expect to revisit that for a few years at least. I was traumatized by a book of the most astonishing photos in which I couldn't recognize the contorted figures as human beings. (This was not a yoga how-to book. It was a sort of arty work the theme of which seemed to be "if a person works long enough and hard enough, it is possible to shove one's foot far enough down one's throat to make endosocopy redundant".)
