I once ate cheese cake in someone's house. It was very light and fluffy and it didn't taste like it was just cheese. The person managed to avoid giving me the recipe.
Does anyone know a recipe for a light and fluffy cheese cake, with no crust ? It could be regular or diet.

I make a pareve cheesecake that's light. I'm sure you can substitute real cream cheese instead of the tofutti cream cheese.
1 package Rich's whip
1 and 1/2 packages cream cheese
half package of vanilla pudding
capful of lemon juice
Whip the Rich's whip until stiff. Add the cream cheese and continue mixing. Add the powdered vanilla mix and lemon juice.
Pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate and enjoy.
