It's the identical cheese to Chevington cheese - sold only in UK afaik -which is made under Kedassia hechsher (a very reliable hechsher indeed). I think they use the same mashgichim.
amother because I am related to the people who run Chevington.
Just curious, how much do you pay for a pack? (I am looking at a pack which costs £1.55 for a 207g pack about $3 for a bit less than half a pound.)
