I am looking for a chocolate chip cookie recipe using oatmeal that does not need to be rolled by hand and can be dropped on a tray by the spoonful. And using oil not margarine.
It should be a soft easy to work dough since my hands are bothering me.
I have searched and cannot find. Please advise.
If you have a recipe without oatmeal please post it as well.

(You can substitute oil for butter or margarine one-for-one any time, I find.
Good luck and I hope your hands feel better.)

I do not have the recipe with me but the recipe on the lid of quaker oats is works well.
I sub the margarine for oil, use chocalate chips instead of raisins, and omit the cinnamon.

Worth a try.
