Don't have phone numbers, but I actually heard of a few (don't know much about them though - not Chassidish, and no boys. I have neighbors and relatives...)
Talmud Torah
Masores Avos
Satmar
Skvere
Rachmastrivke
Ohr Elchonon
Bais Avraham
Darchei Avoseinu

Talmud Torah is Bais Avrohom (Official name is Talmud Torah Bais Avrohom)
Also, Toras Emes-Rabbi LIchtenstein school
Kaminetz is Litvish-not Chassidish.
Ohr Elchonon is Stolin type, not really chassidish.
Look under schools in the yellow pages or separately under each name in the white pages ofthe directory.

I don't know anyone who sends to those schools. When you say "I hope you know what I mean," well, no, I don't.
You can find a list of all the schools in Lakewood and their phone numbers here: http://lakewooddirectory.com/yellow.html

Darchei Avoseinu is chasidish, but it is still a mix. Some of the kids have peyos in front of their ears, but not all. The rebbeim do have beards. So, yes, it is chassidish, but there is a mix of kids from chassidish to heimish backgrounds.

You can say the same about all the chassidish schools in Lakewood (with the possible exception of Rachmastrik and Skver)
