3 T sugar
2 T olive oil
4 t chopped dill or 3 frozen dill cubes, slightly defrosted
3 t yellow mustard
Whisk the white vinegar, sugar, olive oil, dill, and yellow mustard in a small bowl. Place 1/3 of the salmon squares into the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate refrigerated at least 30 minutes.
Sweet Garlic Marinade
1/4 c ketchup
2 T brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 t soy sauce
Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Add remaining 1/3 of salmon squares into the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate refrigerated at least 30 minutes.
