Recipe conversion question. ASAP

I'm trying to make a recipe that calls for a powdered drink mix. The recipe calls for "regular" mix and I only have crystal light. Any ideas how to convert the recipe?

With nutra sweet, it's usually half the amount of sugar, but with splenda it's equal, so it depends what kind of artificial sugar it's made out of.
