anyone know of a good refreshing salad , somthing a bit more original- not the cucumber kind, like a ceaser salad?with nuts in it ? broccoli?
I have no clue of those recipes. any help?????

Here's a recipe to a Brocoli Salad with Nuts I love making!!

Ingredients:
Brocoli Florets, cut
Purple Onion
Craisins
Cashews

Dressing:
1/3 C Mayonnaise
1/3 C Vinegar
1/2 C Sugar

Here's a Ceaser Salad I use, from "Kosher by Design, for Kids"!

Ingredinats:
1 Head Romaine Lettuce
Purple Onions
1 C Croutons
Tomatoes (opt)
Cucumbers (opt)

Dressing:
1/2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 C Mayonnaise
2 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Dry Mustard Powder
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbl Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Lemon
1/3 C Parmesean Cheese
