I made this the other night just thought I would share it!
make pasta I used the veggie spirals
in the sandwhich maker that has a grilling plate I grilled tilapia fish.
dip the fish in oil, sprinkle with salt pepper and paprika, then grill.
(ok so my hubby did all of the above but who's counting)
then I yes I sauteed onion, sliced garlic, scallions, sliced carrots, sliced brocoli and added salt. sautee till soft.
then I tossed it with the pasta, sprinkled muenster cheese on top, topped with the fish and it was a great meal!!!
the kids loved the pasta plain, and the fish plain,
hubby and I ate it all mixed up as the kids call it.
