Does anyone have the recipe for the caramel chip bundt cake that was in the Binah or Ami magazine before Yom Tov? I would really appreciate if someone can give it to me. Thanks.

here it is:
4 eggs
1 3/4 c sugar
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c non dairy creamer
3 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 c caramel chips, melted
preheat oven to 350
beat eggs and sugar. add remaining ingredients in order. pour into well greased bundt pan. bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
glaze
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c non dairy creamer
1 c confectioner sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
heat margarine, sugar, and creamer over medium flame until smooth. add in remaining ingredients, beat until smooth. pour over cake.
*sprinkle some caramel chips on top if you want
the only thing I would tell you that the recipe doesnt, is maybe let the melted ingredients of the glaze cool before you add the rest. I did it all when it was hot, and it came out good, but it might come out better if you let it cool first. (im not sure though, as I havent tried it that way yet)
enjoy!! its a really yummy cake!! I made it, intending on serving it for two meals, and the whole thing was finished after one!!

In last weeks Binah the one who gave this recipe wrote that she made it again with 3/4 c. non dairy creamer instead of 1/2 c. non dairy creamer & it very more moist.

I made this cake twice but it sticks to the pan. The second time I sprayed it extremely well & some small areas still stuck. Does that happen to anyone else?

You should probably grease and flour it properly -- meaning, spread margarine or shortening well on all surfaces, then dust it all with flour and shake out excess flour. Often, just spraying isn't adequate.
Note: I have note yet made this cake, this is general baking advice.

I actually used the baking spray that has flour in it & sprayed it very very well.

I also had the problem with some sticking. I just bought a silicone pan and hope that might help solve the problem. (I haven't tried it yet)

I FINALLY found caramel chips in the store. I've been mouthwatering the whole day about it and I see now that I don't have non dairy creamer and instant vanilla pudding, what can I use instead? Is soya milk instead of the creamer ok?
