Has anyone ever made stuffed sweet potatoes from the spice and spirit cookbook (I think it's page 286). I'd like to make it for R'h but am not if I want to make it if I have no clue how it's going to come out.
I'd appreciate any comments.

It's sweet potatoes stuffed with pineapple and some other things. Looks like a really easy recipe. But, I'm having "choshuve" guests so I don't want to experiment on them if noone here has ever tried it out before.

no, it's actually very easy.
isn't tzimmes, carrots?

tzimmes is carrots, swt pot, pineapple, and many put prunes although I think thats gross. a sweet dish with honey and cinamon added usually boiled.
