I can't seem to keep to a diet for more than a week. I feel that ihave no push. can anyone help?

Losing weight is a motivaiton itself. Is it not going fast enough for you? Are you hungry, or do you crave goodies, is that it?

I just over eat. that's it. I will almost eat anything. especially when I'm mad. sometimes I even eat as a "punishment" to my husband cuz I'm mad and he would like me to loose weight.

Maybe therapy would help. Dieting and exercise and even diet books can only take you so far.
