Enjoy it. It's our new fave. (Since last week, lol. Made it 2 times already.)
Just adjust the baking times. (And if your fam is not used to so much black pepper, reduce that amount.)

Thanks! | If you're ok with frozen salmon, then you can definately do this with frozen. Especially since it's soaked in lemon first. Just defrost salmon before starting.
Use olive oil.
And the baking time is a little off. Bake at a higher temp and for a bit longer than listed once uncovered.
