Two days ago a family of twelve in our communtiy went to the kotel for there sons bar mitzvah, after the kotel they had a party in the old city. On the way back home they had a major car accident with another van an arab. The car was totaled the front was smashed real bad that it was no way possible that the driver and the passenger were to survive. Amubualnces (10) and a dozen police came rushing to the scene. What they saw they were shocked they couldn't believe how all of them were only injured and not dead. The arab driver was killed on the spot with another twenty three wounded. Amazing how Hashem saved them.
The driver left with only a couple of bruises, the grandfather also who was in the front seat was also a little bit bruised nothing major. Mother, swollen face Father, broke all his ribs, Grandmother, broken hip, kids were left with open lips, swollen head, feet and hands bruised, but nothing so major. What a miracle they had that they sent their three year old on the bus with their daughter if she would be in the car who knows? Especially they werent in seat belts at least not all of them. They all came home from the hospital that day. With a car accident that big they could had came to an unfaithful end. Hashem was defintly with them!!!
The cake that was left over from the bar mitzvah was put on one of their sons laps, and because of that he fell foward on the cake and not on a metal bar that was sticking out. One of the kids that was sitting in back of the driver also experienced a miracle, the drivers seat flew foward and then jerked backwards and pinned the boys foot down but their was a metel piece of the seat just missed him in an inch!!

amazing lesson for them all- Hashem obviusly performed an open miracle for them. but relying on these miracles is stupid. they need to buckle up every time with all the kids in car seats. u you think they will learn? or just figure well Hashem saved us once...

In Israel, people often hold children on their lap in the car, especially in taxis. It's the norm. People don't have vans, like in America.
What an amazing story!

well the youngest is turning four and the next to the youngest is six I don't think you need a car seat for a six year old. Yes they defintly learned their lesson to buckle up!! baruch Hashem they are all recovering nicely.
