it's not exactly pasta, but I have a rice and bean salad.

cook 1 c. rice, but add chili powder and beef or onion soup mix to the water. mix cooked rice with a drained can of corn, a drained & rinsed can of kidney beans, salsa to taste and a little mayo to hold it all together.

very yummy warm, but we eat it cold too!
