I ran out of the Pereg shawarma spice
does anyone know whats in there and if I can make my own?

Salt
Garlic Powder
Cumin

This is heaven!
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
marinate 1-1/4 lbs. dark chicken cutlets for at least 2 hours in a Ziploc with above spices along with
4 Tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
sprinkle marinated chicken with salt before baking or grilling

In KBD SOT there is a substitution for the Pereg schwarma spice in the gyros recipe.
1 tsp each of: paprika, garlic powder, allspice, cayenne pepper, cumin, and ground cloves.
Mine is so much better
