Hi all. I have a recipe that calls for 1 pkg active dry yeast, I only have fresh yeast (one 50 gram cube). How much should I use? I tried looking online but it's only confusing me more.
Thanks!

1 cube fresh = 1 packet (2-1/4 tsp.) active dry or quick rise or 3/4 of 1 packet of instant
