5 apples- peeled, cored, sliced thin
1 can of jellied cranberry sauce- about 15oz size
{combine the above and place in a 9x13 pan or baking dish}
1 stick softened margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
{mix the above till crumbly and sprinkle evenly over apple mixture. bake at 350* for 45 min-1hr}
quick easy and delicious!!
this is best fresh and crunchy, it gets a bit mushy in the fridge, but still very yummy as leftovers.

For the filling, I take about 6 apples, peel core and slice them thin.
Either I add a can of cranberry sauce
OR
I add cinnammon, lemon juice (drop) and vanilla sugar
For the crumbes (I like lots of crumbs)
1 1/2 C flour
3/4 C brown sugar
1/3 C sugar
1/2 C oil
Cinnammon
Put the applies into pan, top with crumbs. Bake about 45 minutes till crumbs are crispy and golden, and Apples sort of melt.
Serve warm with vanilla icecream.
Yum

apple betty pie (apple crumble from spice & spirit)
• 4 cups sliced apples
• ¼ cup orange juice
• 1 cup sugar
• ¾ cup flour
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• dash of salt
• 1 stick margarine, softened
Place apples in greased 9” round pan. Sprinkle with orange juice.
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Cut in softened margarine until mixture is crumbly.
Scatter over apples.
Bake uncovered, in oven preheated to 375, for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve warm (by itself, or with cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream) or cold.

Always bake uncovered, and DO NOT COVER WHEN WARM. Otherwise it will get mushy.

I have a delicious, pretty simple apple crumble recipe. If you still want me to post it, just holler.
