someone posted an apple kugel recipe today on the subject of what were your good kugels(or something like that!) HTH!

grease pan with oil and sprinkle walnuts.
Beat 3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 vanilla sugar
drop oj
3/4 cup potato starch
cover walnuts with 3-4 large apples (slice)
sprinkle apples with sugar

pour mixture over apples
bake 350 until brown (especially the corners)
enjoy
I made four today I love this one!
