We did Mickey and Minnie for ours last year. They happened to already have some mickey and minnie rompers (from the Disney store).
I found some Mickey card stock online that I could print with the invite information.
I went to the party store and got all the paper goods - Mickey's Playhouse.
And the bakery even had a mickey and minnie cake.
