you should get (if you dont have it ) the cookbook called the meal leani yummi all that it is missing is the fat the author is Norene Gilletz

Recently I started steaming veggies. I don't add any spices, just the yummy veggies Hashem made. You can have as much as you want and they fill you up. We also try to have a salad a day.
