Are there any good camps geared toward adhd boys? My son needs something without a rigorous learning schedule, more action and fun and an understanding and flexible staff. Possibly something for somewhat "struggling" teens but not off the derech. My son is a good solid frum kid but uninspired. Any ideas?

Has your son gone to camp before? Do you have reason to believe that a typical camp is not going to be good for him. Because, in general, camp is practically tailor made for kids with ADHD. Tons of exercise. Less rigid. Not as much learning. Scheduled day - built in structure.

My son with ADHD doesn’t like sports, which made things more complicated. When he was younger he did a wilderness day camp and when he grew out of that he went to a traveling camp. If you can swing it it’s amazing. Now he’s staff, how old is your son? He may be old enough to work.

Where are you located?
There is The Peak in Monsey. I believe that they are opening an older division this year.
My son is 14 and could be a camper but he is a counselor.
