Dip for shabbos salmon

I cook salmon for shabbos and it needs some kind of dip for it. I tried a dill dip from the grocery but it was too strong. Does anyone have a dill dip or another kind of dip that would go well with cooked salmon.
(ps. I cook the salmon is water with sugar, salt and black pepper so it doesnt have any strong flavors, other than the fish.)

1 bunch dill - chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
less than 1/4 cup vinegar (depending on how you want it to taste. Start with less and work up - I sometimes replace with pickle juice - I love the flavor it gives)
3 cloves garlic crushed
4 T sugar

mix well or blend

I like Honey Bee's Teriyaki. It tastes best if you pierce the fish after cooking and let it marinate in the sauce.

I once had a great dill dip at someone's house that was not mayonaisey at all and I so wish I could get in touch with her for the recipe. It was fantastic.

2 cups of mayonnaise? That's a huge recipe. Would you be able to break that down for me to 4 Tablespoons? We (Me and my husband) wont be eating the dip, just dipping the salmon in it.

Try working with the ingredients. I rarely follow the recipe because it does make a lot.
I start with the amount of mayo I think I need.
Add the dill until it has the dill taste.
Drizzle in pickle juice for the taste and cosistency.
Sprinkle with sugar and garlic.
I then taste and adjust as necessary.

I don't have the exact amounts so just add amounts according to taste:
1 cup + mayo
chopped onion-better if you mince it
lemon juice
garlic
dill-either fresh or dry

If you dont like mayo, I have a delicious sauce to pour over salmon:

Chopped dill and scallions
White vinegar
Orange juice concentrate
Sugar
salt
pepper
olive oil
water if necessary

Its really good. Sorry I cant give exact quantities. I think the recipe is with my Pesach things.

We do mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic. It's delicious. You can also add dill if you want to. Yum.

I sprinkle red peppers with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlice powder, and paprika spray with oil and then I broil them in the oven and I serve it with salmon fish

you can use tarter sauce (from store or homemade)

I also have made a dill dip that was just a little bit of fresh dill, a little mayo and some garlic powder and salt, blended. It came out very good.
