What dessert can I make for two people with about ten leftover strawberries (slightly shriveled, so a cooked recipe would be better)
I also have some apples, oranges, soymilk, creamer... so maybe a fruit soup... or should I make a cake?
any ideas?

Hmmm. How about macedonian? It's basically a chopped up fruit salad flavoured with a bit of liquor (or sweet wine). Cut strawberries, oranges, apples into pieces (a bit smaller than usual fruit salad). Any fruit-based liquor, amaretto, or sweet wine would work.

slice them up and put a little sugar to create a juice then serve over any cake ... or ice cream ... or make a malted with milk & yogurt ...

Put them together with one egg white & 3/4 c sugar in a food processor - strawberry mousse
