How do I soften the the skin by my heels? I really want soft skin. Any good tips? I tried lotion that says it's good for that but didn't even work once.

If you get an answer, let me know. I might try a pedicure. Haven't had one in a while. Maybe they can do something. The skin is hard & dry

Here's a very easy method to having beautifully soft feet and nice looking nails. Use a pumice stone or one of those sole scrapers (I forget the actual name) in every other shower. Also use a brush to clean your nails. After the shower, slather on some serious moisturizer and cover in cotton socks. Sleep in the socks. Do this for a couple of weeks. Repeat every so often.

It's the heel part that is hard.
I used to get a pedi but it lasted a few days only.

mommalah has the right idea. Use a pumice stone in the shower until your feet look reddish and moisturize your feet immediately after coming out, while they're still damp.

I should add that you need to use good quality moisturizer like Eucerin or the like.
