Hi,
Is there a nice Chinese place that does hair cuts, blows, coloring, etc. for frum women? (in back, mechitza, no men, etc.) Preferably in the high 50s-60th street?
Does anyone have any experience at any of them?

Yes, but that one on 8th ave and all the others in that area are not strictly women and there are certainly no mechitzas.

The one on 8th knows nothing about the frum community but I go early morning or late at night and not on weekend to avoid other people, especially men. They charge $19- for wash, cut and blow including a scalp massage!!

You could try one on 18th avenue between 61st and 62nd street. Perhaps, on special request, they could work something out for you...
