I ordered stuart weitzman boots almost 2 weeks ago it was supposed to arrive on Friday Dec 6 but it didn't. When I track the order it says it has to arrive to post office.

It’s kind of hit or miss. I got my husbands chosson watch there, it came and it’s been authenticated, but customer service is via email only and the rep/bot I communicated with didn’t speak such great English

We’ve purchased from them over the years numerous times, and were happy.
BUT
We just had a bad experience with them. My husband lost his watch, so he Purchased a watch. In between the purchase and the watch arrival, he found the watch in shul. So as soon as it came, we requested a return. They then sent the watch back to us, denying the return saying it was worn, as it was scratched up on the side. It’s not scratched at all. No one home to talk to. So my husband called Amex to dispute the charge. They sent Amex pictures of the watch showing multiple scratches. Only, the watch we have in our house has no scratches at all. So not sure what pictures they had. Amex gave us a hard time. Had to video call to show that the watch we are trying to return is the same watch we purchased, and the same watch that has no scratches. Not fun.
Won’t buy from them ever again.

Yes it's legit and it's jewish owned. My office used to deal with them. They do drop ship so these stories make sense.

I think customer services is bad everywhere these days.
I ordered from Walmart the 3rd generation earbuds that was on sale for $94 but it never arrived. They kept on sending me emails that its delayed. I finally called them yesterday they said its lost and they can refund the $94 and addition to that they can offer me $25 off on my next purchase. I told them I don't want that I want the earbuds fir $94 they said NO they can't give me this special offer again that offer is expired, I told them I'm very disappointed bc I missed a lot of black Friday deals bc I trusted walmart after arguing back and forth with the supervisor he hung up the phone on me.... stupid
