How do you make your challahs look nice and fluffy like the bakery? I’ve tried egg washing and adding sugar, but to no avail. How do you make it look nice and fluffy?
Thanks for helping

What do you mean by looking fluffy? Fluffy is a texture.

I find that the longer you let them rise once shaped, the fluffier they will be. At least 2 hours should result in fluffier challah, regardless of the directions.
