I'd love to treat myself too but I'm a tad overweight. Who exactly sees you when you sit in the hot tub or get a seaweed body scrub. I can't get naked! Spa goers, would you please elaborate what goes on at the spa?? Thanks so much!

the fountain spa, they have 2 location, one in paramus, and one in hackensack they are very good, they do a hot stone message its amazing. I love it

fredrick facay is huge does tons of stuff. when you go in, they bring you to a shower/bathroom to change into a robe-they give you. u leave ur clothes there. then you go to a lounge where you relax till your massuese or facial person comes. they bring you to a private room and ehn you are done you can go shower and get dressed.
I got a facial and massage when I was there. very nice place.
