Anyone else feel like days when the kids are home is like being a ring master? I actually feel like I manage my house pretty well but a sunday like today is making me feel totally incompetent. Served breakfast lunch and snack already. Still no coffee for me. 12 year old practicing her piano and wants me to listen to her, 10 year old wants my help doing her craft kit that was supposed to entertain her for a while, 6 year old just got home from cheder and is acting out cuz he needs my attention. 2 year old bothering everyone else unless she's entertained by yours truly, Newborn needs to be fed and then put to sleep.
I just ran to the bathroom for a minute to breathe so I don't explode. End rant.

No need to comment that it was my choice to have this amount of kids. Yes I did and I wanted them all. But some days are overwhelming.

Yes! Friday was brutal. Everyone was home. I told my husband not to mention the cleanliness of the house- I had been cleaning or reminding others to clean up after themselves all day! It took all my energy just to make sure it wasn’t messier when Shabbos came in than it had been when we woke up Friday morning!
